The beach was magnificent with crystal clear water and clean sands. The breakfast offered a wide variety of top-quality produce. The staff was attentive and polite. The hotel is conveniently located between Alacati and Cesme.
Nothing at all.

We were very happy with our selection, this hotel and Cesme, Ilica beach ist a Paradise, just what we wanted. We will come back there. Perfect. We were just in the beach and swimming pool fully disconnected from the stress and work :) the personal was very kind and the people staying in the hotel too. Thanks
The price of food and drinks was a bit out of the Turkish reality, very expensive, but if you want you can eat outside the hotel or go to the nearby town and eat there. A taxi to Alacati costs between 10 -12 you tl. We ate at the hotel always is more comfortable, plus they offer half board and this is an option. But really nothing to complain about.

I planned to stay on my wedding day at shereton, I booked it over Booked.net and personally went to the hotel location two months ago to register for an early check in at noon. The said thai it was confirmed. One week before the wedding I called them to reconfirm early check in. And one day before the wedding I visited the hotel to reconfirm early check in. They confirmed again. And on my wedding day they waited me wait two hours at the counter and gave the room at 14.00pm. They ruined my wedding day and all my plans were delayed. When I called them again and again about when they would give me the room they did nothing to speed rhe process and said that the hotel was full they could not do anything. The room was slightly biger than a wardrobe. I will never go to shereton again. They ruined my wedding day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just in front of the famous sand beach. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view and the soothing sound of the waves. The server named ENVER was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the quality was satisfactory.
There were some extra charges for using certain facilities, which was a bit disappointing.

I liked most of the hotel features.. Especially the variety and the quality of food were outstanding.. The room was very well furnished and clean.. The live music at bar was quite good too.
Even I was there in the middle of June the air conditioning was terribly bad I told my complaint to customer service but nothing changed. I have thought , there was something wrong only in cooling my room but ı have noticed that most of the rooms were out of a the effect of air conditioning. The beverages were extremely expensive. The price of water and 3.rd class canned fruit juices were 10 times more expensive than a local cafe. This is what I call . This is what I call ill mannered and insolent behavior to the customers. İf you are charging a simple beverage to a very expensive prices

Cleanliness convenience
15 Turkish Lira for orange juice at breakfast. The only fruit drinks included with breakfast were poor quality cherry and peach juice.

Beachfront access and underground parking make this hotel a great choice for a seaside city break. The spacious and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was overall helpful and polite.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the quality of some of the food was mediocre. the hotel decor and furniture are outdated and could use a refresh.

The sea, the pier, the outdoor pool, the spa, the live entertainment in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was delicios with many tasty choices. The freshness of the salads was very nice!
Lack of communication between reception and bellboys, they lost our cart for an hour and a half when we made a floor and room change. No slippers, no robe, insufficient welcoming gift, too high of prices in the minibar, tasteless desserts and poor quality of food choices at buffet. Terrible hairdryer, it got too hot, hard to use. Coffee service choices and amounts very skimpy.

My recent stay at a luxurious hotel located along the stunning coastline provided me with unforgettable experiences. the exclusive amenities offered here, including the well, maintained swimming pool, private facilities, and top, rated restaurant with its buffet breakfast.
The only minor issue I experienced was the lounge area in the bar, where it lacked sufficient seating. the well, crafted cocktails served there offset this problem.

Excellent location, great beach, one of the best locations in Cesme. Service varies from day to day but it is good level overall. Quite nice hotel, definitely recommend.
pricey extras, but it is not unreasonable in international standards
